Abstract

The healthcare service system in health clinic is generally one of the systems with a high level of complexity, consisting of many organizational functions that should be interrelated. In its implementation, the healthcare information service system activities are influenced by driving and inhibiting factors, and hospitals will certainly enhance their capabilities in providing optimal services to all patients. Therefore, it is necessary to create an enterprise architecture model using the ERP framework method that generates input for data architecture, application architecture with 11 applications including Patient Registration, outpatient care system, inpatient care system, pharmacy installation system, medical record system, laboratory system, payroll system, cashier, hospital profile website, payroll, attendance system, technology architecture supplemented with respective architecture roadmaps for migration planning.
