Sistem Penunjang Keputusan Pemilihan Guru Terbaik di SMK Khoerul Falah Menggunakan Metode Simple Additive Weighting

Abstract

The selection of the best teachers is an activity carried out to provide appreciation and evaluation to the teaching staff at Khoerul Falah Vocational School. The process carried out does not use a system at all and in carrying out the comparison it does not use a particular method that can produce a decision for selecting the best teacher, which is feared that the selection of teachers will not be on target. To overcome this problem, a computerized system is used with a method that can assist in decision making, namely the Simple Additive Weighting method. By implementing a web-based application program using the PHP programming language and using the MySql database, this can help speed up calculations and help determine the best teacher to be on target.
